Dumb choke question

I am hoping you guys know how to fix this. It's not a major issue at all but it sure is annoying as hell.

First of all, let me say that my choke "works" fine. It the way it works that bothers me. My choke lever won't stay still. So when I start the bike and I set it at 3/4 open (I try to keep it at around 2500rpms when warming up), it spring right back to closed. I can't seem to keep it in one position. It started to be that way last year when I lubed my throttle and choke cables.

Do you guys know how to fix this?
Thanks

I think there's a screw on the choke assembly (on the carbs) that you may be able to tighten to increase the tension.
