Hi, I've just registered so am a totally noob.

I've decided to put 9r carbs on my VW corrado 16v. They've been cleaned and rejetted for me. I've had stunning TIG welded manifold made up and all the other bits I'll need to get me going.

What concerns me is that I know nothing about the carbs themselves. I've figured out that there is a throttle position sensor and that I'll need to vent the top hose (float chamber balancing I think...?) and the bottom hose is obviously fuel in.

What interests me is ram pipes or velocity stacks (what ever you want to call them).
Is there a company making tuneable pipes?

Can I really on any of guys to give me a hand if I get stuck with something carb related as I'm converting it over this weekend...

Thanks in advance and hope a 4 wheeled warrior is welcome.

That would be awesome, Im honestly not too savvy on kawi's but I believe they are 41mm carbs. Do you know what year they came off of? I dont think they had a tps until 98 or newer. Also I think you may need to regulate your fuel pump down if it was a f.i. car. Good luck.
