Need ASAP!
Not only that, but the se7en cylinders are also shorter. Won't work with 9 crank and rods due to the cylinders being shorter. Very unfortunate. Thanks for the insight, BUT I need ZX9 cylinders as they will be Over-bored 2mm.
The ZX7's are 71mm, if I remember correctly. Mine will be 75mm when finished...
That's too much material. Correct on the ZX7 Cylinder Head, which I've done on a 950 Bigbore BITD.

Had to go back and look at Zlock's website. 75mm is the highest he will and can go without running into head gasket, over heating, and warping issues. He won't go over 75mm on the 94-97 cylinders.I can't read
But ...... you will probably break out with a 2mm overbore on a 9. At a minimum you will have huge overheating issues as well as head gasket issues. The Zlock racing kit replaces the cylinder sleeves to get to 2mm over. Even Muzzy sent over for Zlock kits after blowing a bunch of headgaskets. The safest most people say is 1.5mm over, and that still runs hot. I've had a couple of the Zlock kits, one that is currently in my 94 ZX7R. Great stuff from a great guy.
