I've had experience with helibars.
I purchased a set directly from the company when I had the '06 10r.
Fit and finish were perfect. the instructions were adequate. I followed the directions and the install went well. I think it took me 3 or 4 hours. I was really a newbie as far as wrenching the bike. I took my time so I wouldn't have to do it TWICE.
A few months later i sold them. I think I only lost about 20% of the original purchase price. Sold them on ebay. I guess I just became more used the sportbike riding position. I only bought them because I thought I needed them. The bars were the 2nd add-on for the 10r. The first was a Scorpio Alarm system. I found this to be another really not needed accessory. It did give me some "peace of mind", though. I went back to the stock clips. Eventually I bought some aftermarket LSL clipons. Then I was able to get the angle perfect for me.
