Put the 7 and the GPz in for the winter about a mounth ago.
Started to repair the fairings, cracks ect. Also had some welding to do on the petrol tank(fitting an extra breather and a bung for a new petcock). Started painting with rattlecans and sanding like crazy.
And then, right in the middle of painting i decided to stop and spend a mountain of money on the mikuni flatslides with crazy expensive AN fuel fittings to go with it.
Got the carbs running super!
Then moved on to polishing the paint.
Starting to get it done now, but i Will leave the last for spring.
Right now i am stripping the wheels down for powder coating.
Should have done it last year when i converted to 17"wheels but time ran away.
I think the wheels will be Gold/brass Subaru style.
Ordered a ton of stuff, new rotors, new racebubble , brake stuff, caliper sealings, (i Will rebuild and paint the 6pots)
Thinking of a new fatbar(fitted a cheap motocrossbar as a tryout).
Hope that this was intressing to read, and with ok spelling.
Cheers from the north!

Wow, love what you are doing to your GPZ900R, colour looks great.
Your obviously spending a lot of money (and who would'nt).
Have you ever checked your clutch basket?
The Kawasaki water cooled engines from the 900R - 1000RX - ZX10B - ZZR and even the ZRX had a design fault with the Starter/Alternator Chain Tensioner damaging the clutch plate, which in extreme cases could destroy the clutch.
My 1989 ZX10B had a complete new clutch, basket and standard tensioner fitted at 36,000 miles by a previous owner.
I heard about this problem a few years back and decided to check my clutch at 54,000 miles (see the thumbnail).
The problem was happening again!!
So I bought this from a seller on e-bay, it is really easy to fit and for the money, time and love you are spending on your GPZ, this is worth checking if you dont know about it already.
