Hi. Has anyone tried the Michelin PR3 . Have always had Bridgestones on various bikes including the GTR which I have found fine. Have ordered a pair of PR2`s from my dealer for a change after reading excellent reviews, thinking now of paying the extra for PR3`s.:smile

I had the Bridgestone BT-016 and chewed through the front tire in 6K miles. I am getting ready to change the rear at 8K. The front tire i changed to the PR2 and love it. It rolls into the turn a lot easier. I am putting a PR3 on the rear in a few weeks. I put over 1K miles a month on my bike.

As far as your question. The only difference between the PR2 and PR3 is the tread pattern. It makes a little bit of a difference in wet conditions but if you are primarily riding on dry roads you wont be able to tell a difference between the 2 tires.
