If you want it to steer quicker, raise the fork tubes in their clamps a little. This drops the front and reduces rake angle, making it steer quicker. It will also be more nervous and wobble-prone at speed, although a good steering damper can help that. Don't go more than 1/4" at a time to gauge the effect of your efforts.
