what's is the easiest way to swap an old exhaust system with a new stock exhuast, do I need to remove the oil cooler and radiator to do this or is there an easier way.

No need to remove cooler and radiator. But it's way easier if you unbolt them in order to be able to push them forward as much as the hoses will allow. And cover the rear section of the front fender to avoid scratching it. Finally, be careful with the radiator; it's very easy to bend the fins...

i got an exhaust from a 98 zx11 its in great shape

Stock Exhaust Hunt

Anyone know where I can find a stock exhaust for my 97 ZX-11 D? Seems like the dealership is the only place I have been able to find one that isn't all beat up and they want crazy $$ for it.

E-bay features some regularly. Or, if you want a full stainless system that allow you to use after-market slip-ons, you could get a complete OEM ZZ-R1200 system. OEM cans are very quiet and the after-market option is nice. Everything bolts perfectly on any ZX-11.
