Automotive tire Motor vehicle Automotive lighting Motorcycle Vehicle

Hi,
I have a 2017 ZX636R KRT Edition.
It has a steering damper but no name brand on it. I bought the bike used so I don't know if this is a factory installed damper or not! Question is about plastic spacer on end of damper rod. Is there a torque setting on the bolt? I can't find any info on it!
Also, the steering head nut... Is it necessary to use thread lock on the bolt even though it's torqued down? I had a hell of a time getting it out because thread lock was used previously!
Thanks all!

It looks like a Hyperpro Damper or a copy.
Steering stem nut will be the standard oem torque setting.
Damper end Bolt should be 14-17nm (10.3 to 12.5 ft lbs) with non perminant locking agent such as Locktite Threadlocker 242 or 242
