OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!! Y'all have no idea how excited I am. Ever since I was 6, I've wanted to have a motorcycle and always a sports bike. My parents are safety freaks and would never let me do motorcross or even touch a 4-wheeler. They took my bicycle away from me at the age of 9 when I busted my 4 front teeth out from BMXing behind there back. So, now that I'm 21 and can finally afford it I have taken the plunge. Next Saturday I'm heading up to Alabama to get my very first 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250r. She's got about 6500 miles on her and has been dropped once so there's a few scratches on the left side but not bad. Here's a pic:

I've got all my gear, passed the safety class, even got my endorsement, now the final piece of the puzzle is about to fall in place. Seeing as I've never owned a motorcycle before I could use a few tips of what to look for on a used bike. I'm gonna search the forum so I'm sure I'll find tips on what to look for but if there's anything special you know in particular, let me know.
Thanks everyone and I look forward to riding soon. Oh yeah, and insurance is only gonna cost me $418 a year. Not bad for a newbie on the road.
