Im lookin to shorten my slip-on, I live in lancaster, pa. If anyone knows of a place that does this or someone that can do it in my area, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you can operate a hack saw and a rivet gun you can do it yourself in like an hour.

Drill out the rivets, take the whole thing apart, cut, reassemble.

Of course this cant be done with all exhaust, and idk what you have...

what exhaust do you have before you go apeshit with it?

We might be able to give specific tips.

Post pics, if not of yours, then find one from teh google.

How are you gonna mount the short exhaust tho? It probably wont reach the rear peg if you shorten it too much. You can find shorty exhaust online, like ebay, for real cheap.

Typically you cut the can after the mount, and its no problem.

In my case I have to remove the end with the mount on it, so I need an aftermarket exhaust hanger.

If anyone has any links, I would appreciate it.

Ok im jus weighing my options right now, I really like the gp style exhaust but everyone I find is discontinued or out of stock. Will any newer model exhausts fit?
