Hey guys, I have an 03 636 thats due for new rear wheel bearings. Got the wheel off, trying to get the hub carrier bearing out. There is a grease shield on the outer most face that covers the circlip. How does one go about removing that shield?

I am referring to part # 92049A in this parts scheme.

just use a flat head screwdriver.

Or a seal remover. You may damage it when you take it out so, it wise to have some on reserve. It it were me I would just replace them anyways.
