I have done some paint and maintenance since these pics but the bike is in the shed with low light. I will post a before after thread of my winter project once its done and closer to spring.

Yea, i painted the tank black cause i couldn't stand the half white tank the way it was, also filled the grab handle holes and re painted the tail.I am going to leave the rest the way it is for now. Next winter i will either get new fairings for it or get these done a little different except get them all sprayed at the same time so its all the same tone and ditch the big grey ninja vinyl on the side. It will either go gloss black with green vinyl and accents or new kawi green fairings.
And for the light, it may be mostly my camera. It is decent in the shed for working and stuff but whenever i take pics it darkens up a lot. I just have the phone camera so never the best quality.

I just thought it was funny that out of all the bikes on here the two that would be closest to the same theme are also probably living closer to each other than anyone else too.

Before I resprayed my 7,I was at first gunna go all Kawasaki green with gloss black frame/swingarm and black decals /accents.But decided to go the opposite paint scheme instead.

Yea i like both too. like i said if its not staying black it will be some kind of green black race replica fairing. But all my bikes have been black with green...some reason its just always been my favorite. I loved the look of the monster edition zx6r that was on Kijiji this spring but i didn't have that kind of money to dish out.
And i Probably wont be out riding till may but after that ill be around town all the time. I will have to ride to work and back so i can ride more often. And hopefully go on some long hauls out on the eastern shore. I grew up down there and there's a lot of nice riding.
Also just joined Halifax street bike site and they do a lot of group rides i hope to do a couple.

I really like the way they blend right into the rest of the bodywork without calling attention to themselves.
