Had a good night at Island Dragway in NJ this past Friday.

Place was packed and took me a good hour and change to get my first pass in.

My goal was to get back to back 9's since I haven't been able to put them together.

First pass was a new best of [email protected] I could tell I left soft and about 3k RPM.

Second and last pass was a pretty cool [email protected] Bike was hauling ass!

Tire pressure was working great at 25psi on the Shinko U-Soft. I also was running about a gallon of fuel.

Low 9's here I come!!

Thanks!

You ain't playing are you, eh?
Nah. I've been taking my time learning the bike and also learning my comfort zone.

First bike I ever drag raced but rode for years. Just had no reason to leave like a bat of hell from a traffic light. So in the end, still learning how to get off the line without seeing the sky and finding what works for me.

Good thing is I have people up here and 1441r to give me productive and safe advice. Plus watching YouTube videos on various techniques has helped me improve each time I go out.

Can't say I've focused on RT but more so getting consistent 9's which I'm doing now and lowering my 60's which I'm doing as well.

Definitely have a long way to go but not in a rush and having fun doing it is what counts.

Next stop NHRA license.
