I have just removed the Datatool Stealth alarm/immobiliser from my ZX-9R B3 and matched up and soldered the wires, colour for colour. I then tried to start the bike, but all I got was a repeated clicking sound from the starter solenoid. So I charged the battery (still connected to my bike), using my Optimate III, which after a couple of hours presented me with a red light! I then removed the battery from the bike and began charging overnight, in the morning I got a green light - indicating a fully charged, healthy battery! I returned the battery to my bike, connected the Optimate and straight away got a red light - indicating an electrical problem with the bike! All lights work fine and the bike starts on the button - no problem! BUT I LIKE GREEN LIGHTS!! So any ideas, as to what could be the problem?

might be a circuit open somewhere within the wiring harness ........ I never charge while attached to the bike.
