You guys - who have experience of the delicate matter tuning the ZX7R-carbs - could you give me your best estimation for the optimal carb setup with the following mods:

Float bowl/Kleen-mod
+4 ignition forwarder
BMC filter

The optimal setup would be a allround setup, not specifically aimed to a certain powerband.
(if i must choose, it would be the middle powerband)

I really would appreciate your input before i do anything i´d have to regret later on.

The stock setup looks like this, i read in another thread:

Float height 13 +/- 2mm
Main Jet #170 (1,4 cyl) #180 (2,3 cyl)
Main air jet #50
Needle Jet #6
Jet needle mark N14Q
Pilot Jet (slow jet) #35
Pilot air jet (slow air jet) #125
Starter jet #42

Jetting depends on your altitude primarily. Then, if you add an aftermarket air filter and/or exhaust, you should rejet appropriately. Personally, I would only go +2 on the ignition advancer/forwarder. +4 will make it feel snappier. +0 is stock throttle response. +2 is a nice middle ground.
