I've used a lot of different oils in the past, e.g., Mobil 1 4T, Motul, Honda Pro, BMW. All full synthetic. I see Kawasaki markets their own branded full synthetic. I can't imagine it not being a good oil. Anyone use it or familiar with it? Cheaper than Motul.

Thanks.

Put oil in. Change regularly.

If the clutch is not slipping, it is no more scientific than your chosen religion. In fact, I used Honda GN-4 in my last bike, and have 5 quarts left to use in the next oil change - in my 7R.

Experienced zero problems.

Unless you are racing at a professional level and have a full oil analysis done after every track session, use whatever makes you feel better.

I use AMSOIL in my '07 ZX14. It is great. No issues what so ever. And they ship it to me @ an APO address. Compared to oil prices over here, I think it is the way to go.

Kawasaki oil of some type while it's under warranty. I ran two changes of the Kaw
synthetic (Motul) and one of Motul 15W-50, but my last change was back to Kawasaki
20-50 dino and it's the first time since break in NO CAM CHAIN NOISE.

I just put in Asilyn synthetic 10W-30.Brocks Performance sells it.Plus Petron oil attitive and a K&N 303 filter.Went for a ride after I warmed it up and it shifted better and seemed to run smoother.Another thing is no camchain noise. And I changed from Amsoil 10W-40 not a slouch in it's own right.

I wanted to get this out of the way for my dynotune.

Why would you need an additive with a synthetic oil? What's in the additive?
I would bet ANY fresh oil would make a diff in shifting and cam chain noise.
Report back in 3000 miles.:lol
