I recently put my 1994 wiring harness on my 1991 zx7 and the headlights and twilight aren't turning on when I push the starter button nothing happens. Battery's good read 12.5v on multimeter. All the wires are connected and in their proper place none of the junction box fuses are blown neither is the fuse on the starter solenoid. But the green neutral indicator light comes on. Not sure what to look for, doesn't look like the last owner was cutting into the wires, they still look new

The ground wire that wasn't connected was responsible for moving excess power from the starter to the frame. Bike turned over but still no power anywhere but the neutral indicator. When I have time I'll follow the white wire and hope thats the problem
