You can probably pull the tumbler out. I did it on an older Kaw. Down at the bottom of the hole (where the key is inserted) there should be a little button release that allows the tumbler to pull out. I took a little nail file and ground it down really narrow and thin with a little hook on the end. Inserted in there and felt around until i was able to hit the release (it wasn't quite all the way at the bottom, but it was pretty far in there). When I pushed the release I was able to hook the tumbler and pull it out. With that out, I could start the bike with anything, screwdriver, pocket knife, etc. I think Kaw makes a special tool to do this with, but I fabbed one. This approach may work on the ZX11. I'll take a look through my manual and see what I can find.
