Hi, so I need some help deciding weather or not this would be a good deal to buy:

I talked to the owner and for safety it will need a new chain, front brake lever and front brake.
Mechanically, he told me that the carbs needed cleaning and tried to fire it up by spraying ether in the carbs, but it would only fire a couple of times and then die. (which is because of the carbs? I'm not too mechanically knowledgeable in this) other than that it ran fine.
It was also sitting all winter and I think a good part of last summer with old gas.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
