You would need to check if your harness has 1 connector or 2 connectors for the headlamps. 1=zx9 and 2=zx7

Unfortunately, you will need two manuals. A 91-92 full manual and the 93-95 supplement. Don't get the Haynes.

I need to buy some. Fleabay? I prefer paperback vs. the digital copies. Digital copies is useful for the search feature. Paperback good for having it there with me while I work on the bike
