Sharkskinz has some available for the ZX-11C (I'm not sure if the C model is the same or will fit your 1999 year):

FYI:
C models were sold from 1990 through 1993
D models were introduced in 1993 and sold there after.

Both models were sold in California as well as the rest of the world.

i guess i should have been a little clearer. i was refering to the letter c as califirnia, not meaning that the model was sold exclusivly in cali. however zx11C bodywork will not fit on zx11D bike. so in essence i was thanking him for the link. it just didn't work for me.
