so.. after fiddling with my led flush mounts and not overly happy with the flash rate and not liking the idea of adding resisters to the circuit considering the 7's already craptastic wiring i found something that works.. easily.. plug n play ya might say. pooped the seat and removed the old one plugged the new one and secured it and no issues with the flasher speed. and I get to keep the full brightness of the led's as well.

Adding resistors does not decrease brightness in any way. Unless you install them incorrectly.

You are supposed to install them in parallel with the turn signals, meaning you bridge positive to negative.

And the proper resistors only cost about a buck each.

yp.. you're right.. basic elec theory.. guess you missed the ease of the install for the average joe.. i've done it both ways.. and if you are using led's on all your lights you'll likely have to use a resister in the circuit anyways... again though.. for alot of people this might be an easier/quick option..

appreciate the input, helpful as usual.
