I am finally in the market for some leathers. The only problem I was trying to find some without a speed hump. I know my helmet (Shoei 1100) will hit it when I lean my head back.

Anyways, my buddy has a discount I can get at the dealership so I don't wanna order off of Ebay but I was trying to find a suit that was good without a speed hump.

Size 48 and around $600 to 800, 900 tops. Thanks guys

AXO makes suits that don't have the speed hump. My cousin works for them too and she may be able to get a discount, she isn't sure yet though

PM TJ over at Riders Discount. Not too long ago, he had some smoking deals on some closeouts. He might be able to hook you up.

BTW, you sure you will have a problem w/your helmet hitting a areo-hump? You REALLY have to crank your head upward for that to happen. Heck, I wear Leatt's new neck protection while road racing and don't have that issue plus have the aero-hump.

I have an Arlenn ness 1 piece with speed hump, I also wear Shoei XR1100. No Issues.
I suggest you go to your nearest shop and try one on with your helmet and see how you feel.

One piece or 2 piece?

There are a lot of reasons to go with 2-piece.
If your talking track only leathers, then a one piece suit ftw.

sportbiketrackgear.com is always running specials. They carry many of the major brands. I believe they will price match. You were talking about the speed hump issue. I immediately thought of Vanson. They wouldn't work with budget though.

maybe cause a small one wouldn't be a bother?
Possibly. The Shoei XR1100 has an irritating aero foil on the lower back of the helmet which can catch on speed humps and rucksacks when tucked in.

I heard my helmet would get in the way but obviously not.

I am looking at the A* Carver Suit since you all say it won't get in the way. My buddy can get about 200 bucks off so it will not be too bad.

Thanks for the input.

I put "without" in quotes so it implies I was looking at suits without a speed hump. :dunno
