Hard to tell. Maybe would be easier with the fairing off and looking at the actual bracket?

Anyway, I'd vote for bend up based on the pic.

That picture helps loads. Thanks for posting it
No problem, if you need any more just let me know.

Something I didn't think about, my bike has done around the same number of miles as yours, so its possible the brackets aren't perfect either. Just something to keep in mind.

getting closer. Looks and measures a lot closer to being square. Gap between the forks measures about the same, hight on the forks looks about the same. Centre between the headlights lines up with the centre of the mudguard

Just when i thought i had it, ive found a new problem now.

The gaps on the rear of the nosecone seem way out. I dont have time today to offer up the side panels. Thats tomorrows problem

Thanks for the offer. Any chance of a couple of puce showing the rear of the nosecone lining up with the rad bracket covers?
same as the last 2 i posted. Thanks
Sure, I'll take a couple pics after work. Probably won't be until around 11:30p your time, but will do 👍

i will try later offering up the side panels and see how that goes

So close
The side panels are lining up with each other and all mounting points. Im guessing i just have to tweak the headlight bracket down slightly.

That seems pretty far off. Any chance you have the wrong year model fairing bracket?

There mostly the original fairing brackets , i only had to replace one side bracket.
but ive done it

iremoved the nose cone from the bike and reassembled it by attaching it to the side panels, then the under the headlight mounts. Everything lines up ok, it was only when i tried to attach the screen brace that i had problems.
the original is bent beyond repair, the SES race one needed a little bend here and there to fit properly.
its on and seems ok, possibly will need a small adjustment in the future. Nothing seems to be under pressure or pulled the wrong way.
Tuesday the auto sparkie is coming to sort the witing out so i will have the fairings off for him coming, i will find out how well they go back on then.

Ive also got the handle bars set properly. I spent ages measuring and moving them one of the other days. The radial master no longer hits the clocks on full lock and my hands dont hit the nose cone
Nice work, looks good 👍

Getting close!
