I'm no expert on this model, hopefully, the experts will chime in, but probably a rebuilt race bike. No tag on frame may be that frame and steering stem are from different bikes?? This same bike was for sale last year for $19.5k. I would guess it sold for that price.

Rescued racebike makes sense. Looks like an ebay parts cannon blasted it. Shame the owner didn't save the original parts in good condition. I don't see it bringing in 20k, but then again, I was way off on the Chandler bike. *shrug

Polished frame and swingarm, drilled side panels for frame sliders, etc. Doesn't work for me.

Fender eliminator/signals look terrible. Lower broken at upper. It's a personal thing, but EBC rotors are worse than OEM, same with Fox shocks. Seats need to be re-re-covered. I'm pretty sure that was a replacement frame that someone stamped. There are marks at every letter, not straight and not spaced properly.

I wonder if my 94 M would draw this kind of money. The M on Iconic currently is at $12K. I would only sell my M if could get this or better. I have a ton into this bike, so I'd part it out if I couldn't get decent money for it. Zlock 836 engine with Kitted FCR's, Ti Muzzy, Ohlins R&T forks, Marvic magnesium wheels, Kit endurance harness with a single headlight in original Muzzy endurance fairings, lots of carbon, piles and piles of Kit and Factory parts. It really limits the market for people to spend big money on such a customized bike.
