I don't have a 10, but you should probably start since you asked everyone else do it!

I don't think there are many 10Rs over 40K. They are usually crashed a few times before forty, or turned into track bikes or drag bikes.

Oh she has been down twice. Nothing too serious to her. I snapped a collar bone that is about the worst of the damage.

One might note that the ZX 10R and the ZX-10 are two different motorcycles with little common DNA. The ZX-10 was the successor to the (original) Ninja 1000, which came from the original Ninja, the 900. The 10 was the first with an alloy frame. After the ZX-10 came the ZX-11, ZZR 1200, ZRX 1100 and ZRX 1200, the last two of which have steel-tube frames rather than the alloy tubs of 10, 1100 and 1200. The Concours 1000 came from the Ninja 1000 the same way the Concours 14 sprouted from the ZX-14, which was fathered by the ZX 12R.

Forgot to mention the GpZ1100 which used a straight-draft head version of the ZX-11 mill, similar to the ZRX 11 engine.

Also forgot to mention the ZX-10, ZX-11 and ZZR 1200 all have steel tube subframes under the engines.

The ZX 10R is a totally different animal and I'm not versed in the successive generations.

What you've replaced (Maintenance)
Got it and took it to get this done (worked on my old bike but didn't feel like taking off the plastics for this one): oil and filter change, chain clean and adjust, new kickstand spring, loosen bar end to fix sticky throttle. I replaced the shorty levers (so uncomfortable) with long red ones.
