Where is this noise coming from?
Or is it just a normal running sound?
I hear it from the left side of my bike.

sounds like a chain. @57x What would be your guess?

I think it's impossible to diagnose sounds in a video. To me, it sounds like every other noisy Kawasaki

Do the newer zx10r engines still have a hy-vo chain inside similar to the zx11/7/9 engines? Or did KHI do away with those?

Sounds like cam chain slap. There is a way to tighten that, but its not recommended for most ppl to attempt it. U can cause internal damage. If ur cam chain is not on that side then u got something else. Might b something else anyway. Noisy cam chain wont hurt, its just noisy. When it gets louder then it may b a real problem
