the only way to really know is to take it apart and see how warped the steels are. they usually last a couple seasons, but it depends on how hard you ride.

most kits only have the friction plates and springs (Ebc, Dp). the steel plates usally last a long time. unless you drag race your bike, or are really hard on the clutch. i ride hard and my entire clutch is still in top and i have 15000 on her, just replaced with ebc frictions and springs

i used the ebc street racer kit , i havent had the chance to run the bike since i have been rebuilding it, but when i was slipping the clutch it felt like it grabbed alot harder and had a nice pull in

my kit didn't come with it. but i ordered from motorcycle superstore so they prob skipped on that washer just like they skipped on the springs, i had to call up and get real Italian on them because everytime i deal with them something gets messed up in the order... also spoke to the local race team mechanics and they said run OEM clutch because sometimes you run into problems with the aftermarket clutches, and u can't run synthetic or semi synthetic
