i crashed not soo long ago

and since ive had this weird lil resistance
its still not street ridable but im gettin it back up soon

anyways i put it in gear and it goes forward smoothly
but whn i pull the clutch in for idle i could bearly get it to move back or forward
but whn i pop it to N its fine
rollin back n forth with ease

wht do i need 2 adjust?
with this fixed and some other adjustment it'll be up n runnin in a week or two
im miss ridin her

Firstly, please tell me how you crash and landed on which side... then i can give you my opinion... can't give you one just like that... maybe iit's the clutch basket/trans/clutch cable or so on. I can help identify if you could give me some info on the crash first...

front tire slid out and went down to the left
nothin happened to the clutch lever nor the gear shifter

A friend of mine had the same crash... it was a head scratching crack clutch plate. It was like it was still engage eventhough pulled the lever. Check your clutch assembly. My guess it's either the clutch basket or it's plate... just my 2 cents...

I second that. When you turn the bars from lock to lock, it will tighten up the cables on you, hence the reason for clutch play. I turn my bars all the way to the left and then adjust the freeplay in the lever until its just a hair under perfect.
