Have you worked on the cooling system lately ?

First thought would be the Radiator Cap is letting bye to early if your Temp guage is reading normal.

Check for a working thermostat and possible blockage in the radiator
Make sure ur coolant level is correct when its cold. Could b a lot of things really, but as long as everything checks out fine and its not hurting things id leave it alone. Double check the actual temp tho in case the gauge is incorrect. Should b fine up to about 240*F or so. Most fans dont come on til 220-235*F from the factory...
Id also recommend checking the Rad Cap. If they go for a crap they will let the coolant into the expansion reservoir prematurely etc. Saw the same issue on a VFR it was the Rad Cap.

Make sure there's no trapped air in the system. Some machines have "burping" procedures as a part of coolant changes to remove trapped air.
yeah i try to bleed the coolant but thers no coolant going out of the nipple when i put coolant in radiator, also i unscrew the screw where you drain coolant but nothing came out.
