hey guys, im going to drain my old coolant and replace it with some new stuff since this bike was bought a few months ago and i dont think the previous owner did much maintenance on the bike, i noticed a bleeder valve on the top of the radiator, how to i bleed that? sorry this is my first bike, im pretty machanicly inclined but ive never bleed the coolant on a vehicle, do i just crack it with the bike running and let the air out then tighten it up?

you will need the bleeder valves when you refill the coolant to get the air out. There's another one on the waterpump housing.I open that one while I'm filling the system up.When you get a steady stream close it.Run the engine to operating temp and bleed them both again.
