So I recently had my bike Dyno'd and it put out 132hp and 68 torque. It is running a lil rich not sure exactly how much but what are some steps to take to get it running in top performance?
I have a little experience with carbs from messing with my old 85 kaw 454.

Thanks in advanced

First step is finding out how rich it is.

But personally, I think "a little rich" isn't a problem.

Two questions that will help us

What's your current jetting all the way down to the pilot air screws and what's the hwy MPG?

For reference, I just got off after today's ride. Bike tripped reserve at 228.2 miles and returned a 56.2 MPG at fill up. Pace was about C+ riding solo, but fun enough passing azzhole HDs that wouldn't get over.

Easy way to tell would be to open the carbs and compare the repair manual's OEM stock settings to that of your carbs.

I doubt if the carbs are stock and unaltered there would be any way for them to send your AFR below 13.0:1.
