Well let me first start off by saying I have an 05' 636. This is my first bike and I am learning as I go along here.

Yesterday I took my bike out. Took it to my mothers and everything was running fine. Came back home to use the bathroom and afterwards it wouldnt start back up. The neutral light was very dim and after a little while nothing lit up at all. I connected it to my car and the bike came on but when the cables were disconnected it shut right off. I gave it the night and came back out this time the gauges were lighting up but there is a buzzing sound when I attempt to start it.

I removed the battery and connected it to my battery tender and it was blinking green(which means the battery is > 70%). Not quite sure what it could be from here.

The first time the batteries voltage was not adequate to maintain the magnetic field for the relay switch to stay close, but it was enough to make it oscillate. When you charged the battery it increased the voltage enough to keep the magnetic field intact to close the switch, but the battery still lacks the amps to drive the motor.

Thanks for all your help everyone. As you all suggested it was the battery.

Battery is good but it was only at 50% and the bike wouldnt start off that. Charged it up and now it runs perfectly fine.

Thanks again! Your all alright in my book! :)
