I think mercer island is pretty cool I haven't ventured to much besides eastern Wa. What do you think is the best place around Seattle to ride?

For what, putting around? All the fun stuff is east, west, north or south of Seattle...

Take the Ferry to Bainbridge Island then follow 104(?) to the 101 junction, turn south and follow the road towards Quilicene...over the mountain pass, high speed peg scrapers for a short while, but watch for county mounties, then rock and roll along the canal twisties south to Hoodsport. Stop in Hoodsport for a beer @ the Model T Tavern. Want to get wierd and dangerous....take the road to Lake Cushman right next to the Model T..... fairly boring for a while, then it gets 25mph tight and white...

When done head south for a bit, then take a left past the Casino/gas station to Belfair. Once @ Belfair, turn left to head towards a boring ride to Bremerton, or right to head towards Tacoma and some fun roads before it all ends on the super slab.





Once done, get back to new, Grasshopper...

Highway 101 from Shelton to 104 west back across the hoods canal bridge, then either across the kingston to edmonds ferry or down to bremerton to the ferry to seattle.

Ikve never ridden a bike up there, but I used to have a celica with a koni suspension on it that handled awesome for a cage and I used to have some fun drives up around issaqua, although it's been 25+ years and I really can't remember the names of the roads. I just remember they were off the beaten path narrow twisties.
