Upon final installation, duct tape all connections to help seal it up.Does anyone have any experience with these?
Any comments or concerns with install??
It's never fast enough. lol.
I can't wait to see your post when you finally go for your first track day and see how fast those corners come up on you. :crackup
You're gonna be like: "I need an SV650". hahahahahahahaha
Dude, these bikes are plenty fast. I'm nowhere near full throttle coming out of most turns on the track. These bikes got power man!
...airbox rocks though! :crazyloco
I see. If it's for "bling" then, it still seems to be extra money and time for a mod that you can hardly see. I'm not sure what the benefit would be if the bike is not being thrashed. This Replica bike im building wont be my track bike... too much money into it I will be afraid to push it and lowside... even worse catch and highside.
It's always going to be a problem if you own more than 1 bike.I see. If it's for "bling" then, it still seems to be extra money and time for a mod that you can hardly see. I'm not sure what the benefit would be if the bike is not being thrashed.
Don't get me wrong though, it's a fantastic mod and kudos for going ahead with it. :crazyloco
That's a long time. Did he say why?so the turn around right now on the airbox is 4-5 weeks...
I will be ordering it on monday.
I'd guess that they have to make one to fill the order. That's a long time. Did he say why?
You spoke to Dutch?
I know they get really busy. Send me a PM when you put the order through. I'll try calling him up to see if they can expedite you.Yeah, emailed Dutch... he said they are really busy...
And I looked at my paint scheme more and the bike I am replicating doesnt have CF intakes, they are black... so that is a bonus that it will be even closer to looking like the real thing
