i know the site bikebandit.com has a bunch of part listings, both aftermarket and oem.

but as for the jet kits, there's just one from keihn(sp) and vance and hines along with dynojet but i would assume the exhaust manufacturer jet kits require you to use their exhaust with the kit

factory pro jetting................don't go with anything else.

and for the exhaust it's the other way around, you wanna tune your jets according to spark and airflow to gain proper fuel air mixture throghout the acceleration band.
each circumstance and location requires different jetting.........a dyno it the best way to tune yer 7.........and any bike for that matter.

I have the Ivans jet kit for zx7r and it is horrible, Air fuel Ratio down into the 9's
installed as by instructions, First ride on bike after installing it made me wonder if I would make it back to my shop. It created what I came to call the kawasaki bog monster, had to rev to 5-6k to accel from stop, this would seem to be the reason their dyno chart for the zx7r is not on their site. IF you buy this crap from them, remember you have been warned! In order to drive the bike with this kit, had to place clip at top of needle and raise float level from 13mm to 15mm (dropping fuel level) to even make it rideable. And full throttle created a detonation sag 8-10K. But maybe your experience will be different,
Bill
ps put it all back stock needle and jets with a akrapovic race exhaust system with one needle washer under cyl 1 and 4 needles and it runs much better.

I installed Ivans jet kit and my bike runs INCREDIBLE, absolutely flawless through the entire rev range and instant throttle response. are you sure you installed the kit as directed with stock air box and filter? sounds to me like something wasn't put back together correctly.

Look
yes stock airbox and stock filter.
Before I installed the jet kit, This is after the rebuild from a crash, I installed the akro 4-1 race package and welded in a Innovate sensor bung for their wideband sensor. So I have a before and after recorded log of Air Fuel Ratio. And after the kit was installed it went into the 9's on AFR. One of the reasons I bought this bike is that it still had carbs, I did not just jump into this, I have been tuning my bikes since 1976, and I have been working in the automobile industry as a ASE Master and Level 1 Advanced fuel systems specialist for 10 yrs. Narrow band O2 sensors have been used since 1981, the wideband O2 sensors have been in use since early 2000's, but this time I have a record of what was happening besides the very old, and unreliable butt dyno. So I am very happy that your bike with the kit *Ivans* works well. But, I do not recommend it to anyone. And your only post being this one, makes me wonder who you work for.
And since I was able to reinstall all the original parts and add 2 shims, and have it run very well, leaves me out of the picture doesn't it. Or we could suppose that maybe the five different times I had the carbs separated from the bike trying to get IVANS to work, as Soon as I put the original stuff back in I managed to get it all perfect. Perhaps you need a Reality pill.

ps I am sure if you really want some place to build a house, I can find you some swampland somewhere, for a decent price, that after you truck in 10,000 dollars of rock and earth might actually support a house. Maybe. bought as is, of course, your mileage may vary.

Ivans jet kit

Mur386, Man take it easy, don't blow a head gasket. I have installed Ivans jet kits onto a few bikes and they all ran well on the recommended settings (plug and play). Just because you had trouble with yours doesn't mean that they suck. Did you ever attempt to call Ivan? NO! cause if you did you would have spoke to him. Try calling dyno jet, factory pro, or Muzzy and asking to speak with someone about a jetting problem and see what happens. Ivan even if busy will find the time to speak with you himself. I stand with Ivans jet kit. No I don't work for Ivan. I've been working on bike just as long as you have maybe longer. So two shims under the neddles and everything else left stock and your bike runs fine with a full system. Hmmmm sounds lean on the bottom, and what are your plugs looking like. Good luck and don't take it personal. GF

hi GF
so you have installed the Ivans kits on zx7r's? or other bikes, that is a question

well okay and as I said before maybe someone has installed the Ivans kit and it worked, great, however it did not work for me and when I called Ivans about the kit and wanted to asked questions about fuel control and the issues I was having with factory jetting and the LM1 reading I was seeing, the secretary, spoke with someone standing nearby who just said *It will make more power*, so I then asked about using the LM1 and she repeated from the person standing nearby, "oh its carburated and the readings are gonna be all over the place,"and would not speak to me, so wheres the love :), there are only so many adjustments *needle clip location, fuel level, jet sizes, you can make to carbs,* and with a LM1 handy and installed, I went with the results, also Ivans website still does not have a dyno chart for the zx7r kit, and I have a complete ivans kit for the zx7r available, what they sell to the public and I will send it to you or any one else who may want it for $100.00, or make me an offer, lets see an offer of some cash and I will send it to you. Want it on ebay, just ask.
You see there is a lean spike about 9500 rpms that I was hoping to correct with the jet kit,, so solly, but after speaking with a few engineers, and sharing the log files recorded with the LM1 kit, not gonna happen. That spike is resonance related and there is not a chance in H*ll a carb jet kit is gonna affect that. Nature of the beast so to speak, related to carb size, intake length, piston stroke and bore, cam timing, exhaust efficiency, air filter housing and filter, barometric pressure, what size jeans you have on today. Its all related which is why some bike makers are putting the valves in the exhaust system to alter the flow through the engine. which bike buyers promptly remove or disable :) ain't it a great world!
Bill
I am adding two jpg's of LM1 readings, kitride2.jpg and 2shims.jpg, the kitride2 shows results of Ivans kit, with fuel level dropped 2mm, after the horrible first ride at factory fuel level as recommended, was it drivable, yes it was (and it ran great) till I went full throttle, look at the AFR around 9500rpm, thats when it detonated which is near 14to1 AFR, which could be heard and felt, the 2shims.jpg is all original settings with only 1 shim under cyl 1 and 4 needles, less than .5 difference in AFR and yet it runs so much better and the AFR in the 9500rpm range never gets above 13.5to1

So I have looked at all the links above... I can not find an exhaust for my 91' zx750.
I found some for 87-90 and 96-03, jack for inbetween. I've looked at the technical diagrams for the exhausts of 91-95 and there is very little difference the 96 has a few additions but the whole shape remains the same. Now the 87-90 look alot different. Anyone know if a different year exhaust would fit? I've seen some pics of the 91' with vance & hines and muzzy so they must exist somewhere. I'm also looking for fender eliminator and tail modifications.

I am wondering if anyone makes a custom fit flush front turn signal for the 93-95 zx7? I've seen a few for 96-up, I wonder how close they are? Anyone know of anything? Thanks,
