I picked up my bike (2000 ZX12R turbo) yesterday and went for a 300 mile ride. The first 150 wasn't too bad on this 60 + year old body but the second 150 I was starting to hurt a little. The prior owner told me about a friend of his that had an aftermarket top yoke and adjustable handlebars. He thought the name of the company was 3 letters but couldn't remember. Anyone know what company or have any experience with these bars. Heli risers won't be enough as he has them on already.

I did heli-bars on mine and it made a difference. In fact, it was one of my first mods.

Many offer these superbike kits

Maybe too late but many offer these so called superbike kits.
If two letters it could be LSL or ABM. Also Spiegler is a good alternative.
Personally I’m looking for a pair of helibars but they are rather expensive.

Heli Bars ZX1200

Hi
I am considering putting helibars on my ZX1200 as I am finding it uncomfortable to ride long distance. The problem is in the muscles in the back of my neck becoming tired from me holding my head up whilst riding. I figure a more upright riding position will mean less neck bending.
I am 6ft 1in high.
Anyone used these bars, and do they make a significant change to the riding position?
Thanks
