As you say first thing to check is the main 30A fuse.
Have a look in the Manual for location.
I looked all through that manual, even did key word searches. Couldn’t find an accurate picture/representation of where it would be at. Read some other forums and said it’s just under the seat close to the starter solenoid. I’ll have to check tommorow after work. If anyone finds out where it lies exactly please let me know, always appreciated. Haven’t been able to ride for a week !

Get yourself a cheap Meter nothing fancy will do nicely.
HERE for an example.
Pulled the fuse, it was blown. Replaced, dash lights but still won’t start the bike. Recently replaced the battery(sittin at 12.6 volts) as well as the solenoid. Either faulty wiring somewhere or the starter ? Don’t think it would be a spark plug issue.

No not plugs at this point.
That Fuse was blown for a reason, I would keep an eye on it throughout this in case it pops again and you don't catch it.

When you say recently, How old is it ? and have you got a Bike specific charger to maintain it ?
Was the new selenoid a Kawasaki one or a cheap Chinese copy ?

We can move forward but need these answered first Joe.

When I say recently I mean like 2 days ago(for the battery) the solenoid was a “used” but verified in good shape part from a parts dealer, but none the less OEM. And as far as the charger I just have a simple low amp smart battery maintainer. Bought it with the new battery. Upon their recommendation from a local motorcycle shop.

OK
First off to confirm, Ignition on and the Meter set lights up ?
With the Bike in Neutral and the N is displayed, Side Stand Up (Sit on the Bike) Clutch Pulled In and the start Button is pressed you get nothing, The Motor does not turn over or start ?
If thats a Yes
Then:-
Refer to page 579 in the Manual (Electric Starter Circuit) for following tests using your new Meter.
I like to pull any and all connectors apart and check for any Green/Blue build up that will cause a high resistance across the connections for starters.
There's also the Earth connection points that can cause issue with high resistance when they degrade.
Then:-
Check to see if the 30a Fuse is still good.
Make sure you have Battery voltage on the White Wire at the Starter Selenoid (10) then trace it to the Ignition Switch Connector block under the Fuel Tank/Air Box again check for Battery voltage.
Post up what your results are.
