I would look into some tuning adjustments done for other 600cc sport bikes. With a little bit of math, you could figure out a rough baseline jetting change to get you pointed in the right direction. I have no experience with it. Sorry I can't help you out any further than that.

There used to be a methanol conversion kit for Mikuni’s RS flatslide carbs. I know there’s no direct correlation but perhaps you could compare jet sizes between the gasoline and methanol version to see how many sizes they jump up to help you out?

im sure i can figure it out but why try to figure it out and possibly create a disaster when someone already done all that and can saves others from alot of headaches

i know that for single cylnder small engines you could have a jet of 120 but for methynol you would run a 420
