Beansbaxter, were these settings for road or track? Did the article mention the weight of the rider? I have just bought an 06 10R and weigh about 13 stone before I put my gear on. I'd like to try and adjust my settings a little closer to suit me. Cheers

My Settings

Old Son, Had My Suspension Tuned, Heres My Settings.
I'm 165 Pounds, So Your Set Up Will Be Different, But Maybe This Will Help.
Initial Settings Final Settings
Front Preload: 7 Lines Preload: 4 Lines
Comp: 10 Clicks Out Comp: 4 Clicks Out
Re: 9 Clicks Out Reb: 2 Clicks Out
Sag: 36mm Sag: 32mm

Rear Preload: 20mm Preload: 23mm
Comp: 3.75 Turns Out Comp: 1.5 Turns Out
Reb: 2.75 Turns Out Reb: 1.5 Turns Out
Sag: 33.5mm Sag: 32.5mm

According To My Tuner, My Suspension Was Set Pretty Soft.
Comparing To The Mag Article, It Is Somewhere In Between My Settings. My Tune Was Called An Aggressive Street Set Up, All I Know Is Best Bang For My Buck So Far.
I Would Highly Recommend Setting Up Your Suspension For You!
My Bike Handles Like Its On Rails, And Braking Is More Sure, No More Nose Dive.
Hope This Helps!

I just put it on all on 80% stiff on all settings. I'm 175lbs, and something is still wrong with the rear, but the front is great. I'll try some of these settings.

I just put my bike on the Sport Rider recommended settings, and they feel good, except I haven't adjusted the rear preload yet. I'm at the 11mm mark and it feels weird accellerating out of tight corners. I think that once I get that cleared up, I should be good.
