I bought this bike and both hi and Lo beam are on and no its not the switch, when I switch to hi the blue light goes on.

My question is how do I make it back to normal hi and low on the switch

did someone wire in HID bulbs? if they did they might have set it up so both are on all the time.

I put the hids my self but when I got the bike it was set up both on with ref bulbs. Tired of getting bright lighted lol
