I just bought a 2000 zx7r and everytime i finish riding it has an overwhelming stinch of fuel, if i park it in my garage it makes the whole house smell. A friend told me to adjust the carburetor, but honestly i have no idea on how to do that. If anyone could help me out with step by step instructions or can refer me to a weebsite that could help. It would be muchly appreciated. Thanks Alot!!

Stuck float valves. Turn the fuel off, and see if it does it. Smell the oil for gas too.

Smell around the gas cap. These bikes vent from there and can smell like raw fuel after a good ride. Mine does constantly.

All good advice. Keep that thing away from open flame sources in the garage until you figure it out, maybe permanently.
