I saw replacements on ebay for like 50 bucks for a set i think

 

I also came across those although most of them are knock offs or the "Targa" mirrors. Anybody have any experience with these?

I picked up a pair of targa monza mirrors directly from Aliso Viejo. The loss in weight is due to the small size of the mirrors, it took me a few weeks to get use to the minimal coverage. They really look great on the bike though.

 

But would you buy them again considering the minimal coverage?

I don't mind the look of the stockers simply because I don't want to loose any of the "minimal coverage" they already have.

Do the Targa Monzas vibrate real bad when riding? A few friends of mine think they are pretty much useless, but its all he said she said type stuff. I know stocks vibrate but you can still make stuff out for the most part :squint

I ran into the same problem when I knocked (1) mirror off of my CBR F4i. Broke it clean off.. and I searched high n low on the internet for cheap replacements. I ended up calling local honda dealers in the area to see what they had or what they COULD get, turns out they had access to some shit I havn't seen on the net, and only ended up paying $25 for 1 mirror, I had to go pick them up though!

So I guess I recommend at least calling local stealerships and seeing what they can get, it's worth a shot.

I haven’t had a chance to ride much with them as weather hasn’t been agreeing with me. I also still have to get the bike inspected to register it and get tags :banghead.

But I'll be sure to post up a review of them after I can test.

 

thats a good idea im about to call the local dealerships i need both my mirrors replaced.

are you set on the stock mirrors? I think the pig spotters look real good on that bike....
