alright guys/gals, i bought a "project" 04 zx-10 and ill list the problems here that i would like to get fixed b4 i get it ready for the road...
Ok initial startup is great, fuel pump sounds normal, bike fires right up...
Initial test ride- LOTS of power but.. top end rattle not normal sounding to me (ive owned a 99 zx9 and an 01 zx9 and i am aware of the infamous "kawi noise") this doesnt seem to fit that description....Also this engine has 11200 miles on the clock.
when the engine is cold.. when revved it puts out a little smoke:headscratch... I really didnt give much for this "project" but apparently thats for sure what it will be..
Any advice is greatly appreciated thnx!
