i have been told 2 different thing by 2 different folks.

what do you guys think?

1. thers is no way to upgrade to the 06 zx10r front end because the 10r's stem is too short for the 03 zx6r's frame.

2. yes i can do it by pressing the 03 zx6r's stem out and putting it into the 06zx10r's triple that way i keep the 03's geometry while upgrading to the 10r's stronger forks, lighter wheel, and bigger brakes

*also can any one refrence a step by step complete steering bearing removal with pics explaining the process and tools needed please.

*and does any one have a link to get the English pdf format to a 03-04 636 manual please

All you really need is a hydrolic press.

Use the press to press the steering stem out of the lower triple. Apply force to the top of the stem (you can use some heat around the lower triple.

Then push the stem into the bottom of the ZX6R triple. Then use the press to press on the steering head bearing. After that you just fit everything to your bike as normal, though you may need to stick the forks up through the triples a way to get the right steering geometry.
