Spluttering under hard acceleration

Guys my Zx9 carb model has developed a splutter under hard acceleration. Once its running at whatever speed even 200Kph it's fine but you have to ride a bit softly to get there. At around 3000 RPM or so in second with open throttle it splutters badly. After about 6000 the splutter goes away. I cleaned the carbs and replaced the in line filter but the splutter is back. Any ideas what I should be looking at next?

Sounds like your pilot jets are clogged really..
Common problem.
If its not, check your coils, leads, plugs..

Check the vacuum diaphragms and also make sure the slides move easily up and return smoothly.
