fixing up plastics

Is it worth it to fix the plastics on my 98 zx7r? How hard of a job is it to plastic weld small cracks and sand out scratches? It seems to be hard to find plastics in good shape for these bikes. My bike looks good from 5 ft away but I know all the imperfections on it and I hate that. I have a friend who paints cars and will spray them any color I want for cheap.

Yeah, it's not as hard as you might think. And fixing them yourself will definitely be cheaper and quicker than finding a new set. Just take your time and do it right.
