1990 Kawasaki Ninja 600R Main Jet Question

I recently cleaned my carbs on my 90 Ninja. I purchased the bike a few months ago. I was looking through the manual for the Ninja and I believe that I might have missed cleaning the needle jet that sits on top of the needle jet holder/air bleed pipe. In the manual, it has the main jet connected to the needle jet holder/air bleed pipe and the needle jet sits right on top. Does this sound familiar to anyone? If so, does it need to be cleaned?

Possibly . The emulsifier holes can get clogged . Beats having to take it all apart again .
