Clutch not grabbing

Good morning all
95 ZX11.. clutch is done 4 months ago ..fresh oil change done 2 weeks ago.cleaned slave cylinder housing... No leaks.. Reservoirs are full.
my issue is my clutch is not grabbing. Lever is almost fully extended.. 6 or 7 grand and slips..
What are your thoughts pls?

some of the Kevlar clutch's and basically not cork style friction discs didn't like synthetics but that was in the past, not sure if that has changed now. did it work well before the oild change

Yes sir it did.. I took a sample and it felt thin to me.

Clean the return port in the master . make sure the pushrod isn't gunked up .

Is it possible your outer clutch plate is installed in the wrong slots?

No sir.. She has been running strong up until I changed the oil. So today I changed it again.. Old oil was then and watery.. Gonna order. All new clutch plates..

What color was the oil? Was it Grey
